AHECTA’S Action Plan for 2012
The AHECTA Board conducted a strategic planning retreat on the front end of this year’s Annual Conference. With our industry / profession changing so quickly, we need to ensure that AHECTA is keeping up with evolving member needs.
The resulting Action Plan for 2012 has three goals. They are:
- AHECTA will develop a larger, more engaged membership.
- AHECTA will have a more robust website and listserv.
- AHECTA will be an educational leader with video professionals in higher
education.
