Board of Directors Nominations

Serving on the AHECTA Board of Directors requires a two-year commitment, and members are limited to serving two consecutive, two-year terms. Board members are expected to participate in monthly conference calls, attend the mid-year Board meeting at the location of the subsequent annual conference, and come in a day or two early to attend the Board meeting preceding the annual conference.

Expenses incurred to attend the mid-year meeting are covered by AHECTA.  Costs for Board meeting attendance prior to the annual conference that are in excess of normal costs of conference attendance are also covered by AHECTA.
