Exhibit at AHECTA’s 2007 Campus Cable Conference
for an integrated marketing experience!

Meet and mingle with over 150 campus decision makers. The CCC2007 is designed to give you one on one access to its membership. You will participate with members in all social events and educational sessions.

Exhibit Fees

Single Booth (10’ x 10')

AHECTA Corporate Member: $1,100
AHECTA New Corporate Member: $1,375
(includes one new corporate membership valid through December 1 – a $450 value)  
Non-member: $1,725

Double Booth (10’ x 20’ - Does not include additional conference registration)

AHECTA Corporate Member $1,650

(includes one new corporate membership valid through December 1 – a  $450 value)
Non-member: $2,425

These fees are valid through May 18.  After May 18, please add an additional $100 to the above amounts. The total exhibit fee must be returned with exhibit application. 

Single or Double Booth Fee Includes:

  • 10 ’ x 10’ or 10 ’ x 20’ Exhibit Booth (pipe & drape)
  • One 7” x 44” booth identification sign
  • One 6’ draped table, two chairs and a wastebasket per booth
  • One conference registration* for one person (includes conference sessions, all meals and refreshment breaks from Wednesday evening’s reception and dinner through Saturday morning’s breakfast and all planned evening events, Wednesday through Friday night)

PLEASE NOTE:  Additional individuals attending on behalf of the exhibitor must register (and pay for) an additional Conference Registration at the “Conference Registration Only” member rate ($450). All registered exhibitors are welcome, invited and encouraged to attend any and all conference sessions, meals and special events that are included with conference registrations.

Upon receipt of a signed exhibit application and payment, your booth location will be assigned and a confirmation packet mailed. Your confirmation packet will include your booth location, move-in, move-out information, material handling, and information to order additional booth furnishings and services.  Triumph Expo & Events is the convention services contractor for this event.


Hotel Information

The conference is being held across the river from Portland at the beautiful Hilton Vancouver Washington. This brand new hotel is located in the heart of downtown Vancouver, Washington across the street from Esther Short Park and within walking distance to boutique shops, restaurants and art galleries. The hotel location provides easy access to the Interstate and is 12 miles from Portland International Airport. Guests can drive 10 minutes into downtown Portland, Oregon to visit popular and historical attractions. The hotel offers 30,000 square feet of function and meeting space, high-speed Internet and a complete conference services staff and audiovisual team.
